Consumer Rights, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

If purchasing a physical product, you may cancel your order any time up to fourteen days after you receive your order.  In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the order in accordance with our refunds policy (below).

If you cancel an order for a physical product within the initial fourteen-day period you will be entitled to receive a refund (as required by UK legislation known as the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).

To cancel your order, you must inform The Magick Study by email (admin@themagickstudy.com) providing us with your name, address, and order number. You must return any product which was shipped out before cancellation, to The Magick Study (M2a The Matrix, Hornbeam Park Avenue, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8AD, U.K.) within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation, and this must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, and at your own cost and risk. 

The Magick Study has a right to deduct from your refund amount any reduction in value of the products caused by your handling of the products beyond the handling which is necessary to establish the nature, quality, and function of the products.

The Magick Study’s refund policy is as follows: if you cancel an order within the fourteen-day cancellation period (as outlined above), The Magick Study will refund your payment as soon as possible (within two business days if your order has not yet been dispatched, and within five business days of our receipt of the returned order).

The Magick Study will refund the price of the products in full, excluding our cost of delivery (if your order has been shipped out before you cancelled) This will be refunded directly to the payment method used to when ordering.

Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued.
