Consumer Rights, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

You may cancel and return your order any time up to fourteen days after you receive your order. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the in accordance with our refunds policy (below).

To cancel your order, you must inform Witch Casket by email (info@witchcasket.co.uk), providing us with your name, address, order reference. You must return any order which was shipped out before cancellation, to Witch Casket (M2a The Matrix, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8AD, U.K.) within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation, and this must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, and at your own cost and risk.

Witch Casket has a right to deduct from your refund amount any reduction in value of the products caused by your handling of the products beyond the handling which is necessary to establish the nature, quality, and function of the products.

Our replacement policy is as follows: Where there is a legitimate reason for your order’s return (a smudged, or torn mailing label hindering its delivery, for example) we will send a replacement order right out to you. However, in cases where the subscriber has failed to collect the order from their local sporting office, or failed to tell us of an address change, or rejected it due to a customs charge, for example, we cannot be expected to pay the cost of replacing orders that were never truly missing. Therefore, in these instances you will be offered a refund (minus our fees as stated in our ‘refund’ paragraph below), or a replacement order for which you would be expected to pay the cost of postage (and if applicable, U.S. tariffs.) It is our mission to ensure that every subscriber receives the order they’ve been promised, and your help makes this run smoothly.

Witch Casket’s refund policy is as follows: if you cancel an order within the fourteen-day cancellation period (as outlined above), Witch Casket will refund your order as soon as possible (within two business days if your order has not yet been dispatched, and within five business days of our receipt of the returned order, or within five business days from the day you provide evidence of having returned the order, whichever is sooner).

Witch Casket will refund the price of the products in full, excluding our cost of delivery, and any tariff we paid in the case of U.S. subscribers (if your order has been shipped out before you cancelled) This will be refunded directly to the payment method used to pay.

If an order is returned to us without our authorisation, or if it is refused by the recipient (for any reason, including an unwillingness to pay any customs charges that may have been applied, which are out of our control) then any refund given will be minus our cost of postage, and any tariff we paid in the case of U.S. subscribers, and minus a £6 handling fee.

Address changes should be managed through your customer portal, or emailed to info@witchcasket.co.uk before your order has been processes. If your order was already processed, it will be the customer’s responsibility to contact their sorting office and have it diverted to their new address
